Yes! Door King is a fully Licensed/Insured business in all of the following counties in KY as well as ​city limit jurisdictions contained therein! (Bourbon, Boyle, Clark, Fayette, Franklin, Garrard, Jessamine, Madison, Mercer, Scott, and Woodford)

At Door King we do charge a flat rate service fee to our customers for the service we provide. However that fee in certain circumstances with certain repairs or coupons can be waived. Please call to see if we cover your area!

Yes! Every employee at Door King is extensively trained under the supervision of a professional with sufficient experience in the trade. ​This includes not only the technicians but office personnel as well. All employees are also required to pass a drug test regularly.

Yes! All of the technicians will arrive in fully stocked trucks with inventory to solve almost any garage door issue. However in the special instances where a specific item ​needs to be ordered or is out of stock, the customer is not charged for a second visit for Installation!

We are currently in the process of obtaining 3rd party financing for our customers, but in the meantime we do offer an in house structured payment plan for certain purchases!​

Yes! Based on availability when you contact us we do offer Emergency Services for times after hours or on Sundays when the office is closed​. Please refer to our Homepage for business hours!​​

At the current moment Door King focuses solely on Residential Doors.​ In the future this is likely to change, but we are still happy to answer your questions regarding these doors!

Yes! We offer a variety of guarantees and packages (up to a lifetime warranty) in order to get you the coverage you are looking for. Our labor is also guaranteed. Both of which will be discussed and documented for your records during our visit!
