I met with Robert for an estimate, and he was very knowledgeable. He didn't talk down to me or make me feel rushed. He recommended various quotes for different amounts and thoroughly explained the long-term and short-term advantages and disadvantages of each. For example, going with a less expensive door now while trying to heat and cool my garage will raise my electric bill more than the door that is made to regulate temperature. He gave me many options, but ultimately I chose the better one for long-term use as more of an insulating wall for our new "living room." I definitely recommend this company, and I'll try to update when I get the door installed soon. He really listened to and understood the whole picture and the needs of the space.

So, we moved to Kentucky and bought a new home. Three months into our new life, I thought it would be a great idea to spend the extra savings by driving through the garage door instead of opening it first.
After being beaten to death by my girlfriend and begging for forgiveness, I was instructed to replace it. I made a call to Door Kings. They promptly came out and laughed at me. After much discussion and consideration, my girlfriend decided to find a new style.
It took forever to finally get it, but after a bit, the guys put it in. They did a great job. I’m not allowed to park in the garage anymore and restricted to parking outside across the street.
The guys returned to finish the job and put the trim in. Really good guys, super nice, great sense of humor. Should you need man-to-man counseling about how to drive through a garage door, let me know. Should you need a support team to cheer you on after your girlfriend beat you up for it, call Door Kings.

I messaged Robert at 8 a.m. when my garage door tore up. Robert was at my residence by noon. He went above and beyond, showing me options and giving me recommendations for our new door. He explained the process for repairing the old door we had (was beyond repair).
He was professional and quick to respond to any questions I had, even at 10 and 11 o’clock at night.
When the product arrived, I was unable to be home due to work. Robert installed our door while I couldn’t be home. I’m beyond satisfied with the service and product he has provided us. MAJOR upgrade!!! And the house looks so much better.
